Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ppvib platform and all its associated services. By visiting the ppvib website, creating an account, playing any game, or using any service, you are giving your consent to abide by all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. ppvib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and amendments take effect as soon as they are published.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on ppvib, users must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age must be 21 years or older.
• Only one account may be opened in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Users must be prepared to verify their identity with any valid identification document.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of anyone who is ineligible under these Terms.

2.2 Identity Verification

The ppvib platform may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid documents to verify a user's identity when required. Certain account features may be restricted until this verification process is complete. Withdrawal requests may not be processed if identity verification is not successfully completed.

2.3 One Person — One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, ppvib reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts and forfeit any earned bonuses and balances.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your ppvib account. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, not sharing them with third parties, and immediately notifying ppvib of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public device or network, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• You will be held responsible for any loss resulting from a third party using your account.
• ppvib will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods can be used to deposit funds to ppvib: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).

• Funds must be sent only from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Sending money through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Keep records of your transaction details and notify the support team if any issues arise.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are only possible to the MFS account used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus are not withdrawable if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• ppvib reserves the right to conduct additional verification in cases of unusual transaction patterns.
• Withdrawals may be held if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on ppvib are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is entirely the user's own responsibility to fulfill any tax-related obligations.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ppvib offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit + bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• Each promotion has a specific time limit; unused bonuses are cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless ppvib explicitly permits it.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• ppvib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus rules are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned through it will be cancelled.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

To maintain a fair and safe environment at ppvib, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonus benefits.
• Playing games using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to penetrate the platform's security systems or searching for vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Participating in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Presenting yourself as an officer or representative of ppvib.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.

If any such activity is detected, ppvib reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content published on the ppvib website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and design elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ppvib or its licensors.

• Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission from ppvib is prohibited.
• No part of the platform may be reverse engineered.

Limitation of Liability

ppvib provides services on an "as is" basis. ppvib cannot be held liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical errors, network disruptions, or third-party issues.

• ppvib is not responsible for money lost through gaming — this is an entertainment activity.
• ppvib is not liable for active bets in the event of an internet disconnection.
• Financial losses caused by third-party errors are not within ppvib's responsibility.
• ppvib reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service at any time without notice.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by ppvib

ppvib may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. Withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Unused bonus balances in a closed account will be cancelled.

Responsible Gaming Policy

ppvib believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To this end, ppvib has taken various measures to ensure responsible gaming.

• This platform is for users aged 21+ only.
• You can set a spending limit on your own account.
• The option to choose self-exclusion is available if needed.

Changes to Terms
